1. What information is needed to contract services?

In order to contract our services, official requirements are needed.

  1. Valid Photo ID
  2. Migration FM2 or FM3 form are required
  3. Personal Information (Phone bill or bank statement, only for address confirmation purposes)
2. Would I have a Full-time Office where I can work?

The idea is that you can work in your house, or any other place and have all the services and the image of a Full-time Office, without paying the real cost of a normal office that could be more than $1,000 USD.

3. Where are you located?

We are located at Lomas de Tecamachalco, just 10 minutes away from the Banamex Center. This is a distinguished area. We are located between Polanco (15 min) and Santa Fe (15 min), Interlomas (10 min), and Las Lomas. You can acces easily to the Periférico, Circuito Interior, Viaducto, Legaría and near to de Boulevard De las Palmas. We are also located at Naucalpan estado de México, near to the Distrito Federal (Delegación Miguel Hidalgo). We will be soon located at Reforma Centro Distrito Federal.

4. How does the phone calls reception works?

You will receive a phone number, for example, 52939450, This number will be answered by one of our staff under your companies name. Shortly after, your client's massage will be taken and e-mail sent to you at the same time, so you will never have to worry about loosing import information that we now how important is for you. (Example: Is Mr. Perez at the office?... No, he is not at the office right now; would you like to leave a message?)

5. What are the charges for making calls?

Local calls are $3 pesos plus $1.48 pesos charged by TelMex. Long distance calls are $3 pesos plus TelMex’s per minute rate.

6. How does Voice Mail work? What is it?

It is a special and personalized service that answers your phone calls outside business hours with a greeting in your company name. Your clients will leave their messages, and you will be able to listen these messages anywhere and anytime trough a phone call using a password.

7. Would I have secretarial services?

You will have the phone call reception service included. However, if you require extra services, our secretaries are available, you only pay for the time you use them in our normal business hours. For example, if you need our staff to provide you information about your products and services, organize your agenda, or other service, we can accommodate you. The price depends on the service. The normal secretarial charge per hour is $95 pesos.

8. Is this a 24-hour service?

The Call Center is available to our clients and operates 24 hours, but our staff will answer your calls during local business hours, from 8:00 am to 18:00 Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours we can provide a voicemail facility with a greeting in your company name.

9. Is it possible to receive large packages?

You are assigned a mailbox that is a specific size. If you are expecting a large package, you must contact us beforehand and arrange pickup within 24 hours.

10. Can you forward my mail wherever I am?

It is up to you whether you pick-up the mail yourself, or prefer to have it forwarded. If you want to use shipping services as DHL or use our mailman to forward your mail, you will have to pay an extra charge. (The mailman charge is $119 pesos per hour and DHL cost is depending on their current rates).

11. Do you provide storage services for office props or equipment during a meeting?

If you need to show a product in your meeting, you must bring everything the same day and take everything with you when the meeting is over. We can help you by providing some time before your meeting to assemble your products for the presentation.

12. What kind of internet service do you have? Is it included?

If you are using a meeting room you will have access to broadband connections for Internet with no extra charge. You just need to bring your laptop. If you want us to loan a computer, it will have an extra charge ($90 pesos per hour).

13. If I am not using some services that are included in the package, would you still charge me for them?

All our packages are promotional packages, and many of the services that we include are for free. If you decide to dismember the package, it could be more expensive.

14. How many users are included in the virtual office service?

Basic service is for 4 users. Our staff can take their errands and they can use the boardroom. Each additional user will cost $ 90 pesos.

15. What is the Internet portal control?

It is a tool via the Internet, in which you can take control of your written messages, messages, faxes, customers, and instructions for receiving calls.

16. What happens If I don’t need the physical address? What does it work for?

Nothing happens if you don’t want the physical address. The physical address is use to receive letters or information regarding to the government, tax reports, IMSS (Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social), or simply use our address to receive your mail instead receiving it at home.

17. How do I pay?

All the services that you used during the month and your rent, will be charged monthly. You will receive your monthly statements via email the 1st day of the month. Once you receive your statement you have 10 days to make your payment. We accept payment through credit or debit cards, via internet, wire transfer or deposit. For wire transfer it is necessary that you e-mail us or fax us your confirmation sheet.

18. I’m not in Mexico City

It doesn’t matter, and what could be better than having a representative office in Mexico City that will provide a better image for your company? You also will be able to meet the clients that you have in this city.
